Free Manuka Jar Giveaway T&Cs

• One jar per person / car/ household / email / phone – Codes cannot be shared.
• Limited stock – Only 200 jars available (or current allocation). First come, first served.
• Can only be redeemed online - via our redemption page where you must sign up to receive the unique code. 
• Unique code – Each code is single-use and only works for the giveaway jar SKU.
• Pay shipping only – Your free jar is free, just cover shipping.
• Abuse & fraud – Happy Valley reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if we reasonably suspect abuse or multiple claims.
• Shipping – Standard shipping applies; delivery times vary by region.
• Participation – By claiming your jar, you accept the full Terms & Conditions below.
• Instore redemption is not allowed- You can however, select instore pickup as your shipping option. You cannot redeem instore without completing this process. 
• Instore pickup - If you redeem by pickup from instore we will only give out one redemption for car / household/ redemption confirmation email. You can not pick up multiple jars. 

Eligibility
Must be aged 18 years or over. This giveaway is open to all customers worldwide.

Promotion Period
The promotion starts on 14th November 2025 and ends when the allocated number of jars is claimed or 18th November 2025, whichever comes first. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter / Redemption
To enter, participants must provide their name, email address, and shipping information via the entry form.

• Limit of one (1) jar per person, car, household, email address, phone number, and Shopify customer account. Codes may not be shared.
• Offer valid while supplies last, limited to the first 200 jars (or current allocation). Customers pay shipping only.
• Each participant will receive a unique code to redeem a free jar of Manuka Honey. Codes are single-use, apply only to the Free Manuka Jar SKU, and cannot be transferred.

Abuse & Cancellation
Happy Valley reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any order if it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to:

• Multiple claims using different names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers
• Attempted circumvention of inventory or code controls

Only one jar will be sent per household. Multiple addresses or names that appear to circumvent the single jar limit may result in cancellation.

Inventory Limits
Once the allocated number of jars is claimed, the offer will end automatically.

Fraud Prevention
Happy Valley may monitor orders for duplicate IPs, addresses, phone numbers, and other suspicious activity.

Shipping
Standard shipping applies; estimated delivery times will vary by region. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Privacy
Participant data will be collected in accordance with Happy Valley Honey’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions
This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Happy Valley reserves the right to cancel any order if it believes any abuse or circumvention of these terms has occurred.
