BBQ Spareribs Soße

This Honey Barbecue Rib Glaze is sweet, tangy, and finger-licking good. Made with borage honey, ketchup, mustard, and red wine vinegar, it’s the perfect sauce to brush over ribs for a sticky, caramelised finish.

INGREDIENTS

    6 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 3 tbspBorretsch-Feldhonig

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp mustard

salt and freshly ground black pepper 

METHOD

Mix together all the ingredients and brush over prepared ribs.

Baste the ribs during cooking with any remaining sauce.

Enough for 1.8kg (4lb) pork spare ribs.

Zutaten

  • 6 EL (90ml) Tomatenketchup
  • 3 EL (45ml) Happy Valley Borretschhonig
  • 2 EL (30ml) Rotweinessig
  • 2 EL (30ml) Senf
  • Salz und frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer

Verfahren

  1. Alle Zutaten vermischen und die vorbereiteten Rippchen damit bestreichen.
  2. Während des Garens die Rippchen mit der restlichen Soße bestreichen.
  3. Reicht für 1,8 kg (4 lb) Schweinerippchen.
