New Zealand Lockdown Level 4

New Zealand has gone into a snap level-4 lockdown. Which means there is a national wide lockdown for at least 3 day and regional lockdown for Auckland & the Coromandel areas for at least 7 days.

This comes after a positive community case of COVID-19 was identified in Auckland and is now under investigation.

During alert level 4 in New Zealand, travel is restricted to essential services only and we must reduce contact to a “bare minimum”.

Unfortunately this means the Happy Valleys shop will closed and our staff will be working from home and/or reduced hours inhouse.

Order Delays:

 

Unfortunately Lockdown means a delay in our dispatches and possible delays for shipping as well.

We will attempt to get orders dispatched within 48 hours, please be patient and kind as couriers are busy again, so please understand if there are delays.

Orders will be now dispatched every second day and provided via a contactless service. Our new dispatch days will be Monday / Wednesday and Friday.
