Refund and Returns Policy

Happy Valley does not issue refunds or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers.

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only applicable for items purchased directly from happyvalley.co.nz where products are damaged, faulty, or incorrect items have been sent. Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping charges will not apply in these cases.

Happy Valley offers a 14-day change-of-mind returns policy for New Zealand orders only. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will cover the full price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Due to international shipping constraints, we cannot offer change-of-mind returns for international orders. International customers are advised to choose products carefully before purchasing.

If your order is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect item was sent, kindly reach out to our Customer Care Team for assistance. Orders made through third-party sites will require customers to contact those respective companies for tracking details and return policies.

Pricing

All prices on happyvalley.co.nz are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shopify enables localized display of prices in various currencies. For international customers, GST or other taxes do not apply on the product price; however, your local customs import taxes or duties may still apply.

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to unpaid duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs agency for applicable charges prior to placing your order.

Discount codes are not valid in combination with sale items on happyvalley.co.nz.

General Terms & Conditions

Entries, Selection, and Prizes:

1. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact winners of Competitions and Giveaways using details provided at entry (e.g., from an online order or email sign-up). Should these attempts fail, another winner will be chosen.

2. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.

3. Winners will be notified via email.

4. Decisions made by Happy Valley are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy:

1. By entering a Giveaway or Competition, entrants consent to participate in all promotional activities as required. Entrants also agree to receive Happy Valley’s email newsletter, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

2. All personal information provided by entrants will be managed in line with the Privacy Act 1993. Entrants may access or correct their personal data upon request.

Exclusions:

1. Employees of Happy Valley, their immediate family, and any associated companies or agencies are ineligible to participate or win.

2. Entrants who breach these terms, gain an unfair advantage, or use fraudulent means may be disqualified.

3. Happy Valley is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage related to the Competition or Giveaways, including issues caused by technical errors or inability to submit an entry.
