Unfortunately, there are a few restrictions on where we can ship, and we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping Information for International Orders
We strive to deliver our premium New Zealand honey products worldwide, but there are certain restrictions in place based on the regulations of individual countries. Please review the specific shipping details and country exclusions below before placing your order:
Countries We Cannot Ship to Due to Honey Import Restrictions
- China: Unfortunately, China does not allow New Zealand honey through customs. We are unable to ship orders to China.
- Switzerland: Switzerland does not permit New Zealand honey to pass through its borders. Therefore, we cannot accept orders from customers in Switzerland.
- Romania, Vietnam, Czech Republic: These countries do not allow the import of New Zealand honey. We regret that we cannot fulfill orders to these destinations.
- Vietnam: Vietnam restricts the importation of New Zealand honey through customs control, so orders to Vietnam cannot be shipped.
- France: France has specific restrictions on honey imports. Although the EU allows up to 2kg of honey, France's customs policies have recently become stricter, and some parcels may be stopped. While we have successfully delivered honey to some customers in France in the past, ordering now comes with a risk of rejection at customs. Customers ordering to France do so at their own discretion.
- Russia: We are unable to deliver to Russia since personal postage from New Zealand to Russia is prohibited.
Australia-Specific Restrictions
- Western Australia: Due to biosecurity regulations, Western Australia does not permit the import of New Zealand honey. We cannot accept orders to Western Australia.
- Bee Pollen – All of Australia: We have been advised that bee pollen cannot be imported into any state in Australia. Therefore, we are unable to ship products containing bee pollen to Australia.
Please Note: For any destination not listed above, shipping is available, and we will process your order as usual. However, we advise you to check your country’s import regulations to ensure there are no unexpected restrictions.
