Easy Homemade Whipped Honey Butter Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

- 120g butter at room temperature

- 1 heaped tablespoon of our honey (Mānuka or Kamahi honey works best)

- 1 heaped teaspoon of good quality sea salt flakes.

 

Method:

 

Whip all ingredients in a food processer ( or by hand) till combined and fluffy

Roll up honey butter in parchment paper & refrigerate

Serve with piping hot homemade bread
