100 ml Servings
- 1 tsp (5ml) Happy Valley Wildflower honey
- 1 tsp (5ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
- 4 tbsp (60) sunflower oil or a mixture of sunflower and olive oil
- pinch of salt
- Mix together honey, mustard, salt and lemon juice.
- When well mixed, add oil and whisk together.
