Honey & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 dessert spoon tawari honey
  • 4 tbsp plain low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk

Method

  1.  Peel a frozen banana.
  2. Add banana, honey, plain low-fat yoghurt and low-fat milk to a blender (or use a stick blender).
  3. Blend, pour and enjoy.
