Spicy Roasted Nuts
These super easy spicy honey glazed nuts will disappear as fast as you make them! Serve these at on your cheese platter alongside our delicious baked brie and honeycomb.
- 2 cups of nuts (we choose Walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of honey (we used UMF 5+ Manuka Honey)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon salt
Preheat oven 160°C fan bake
Mix together spices and salt in a small bowl
In a pot melt honey and butter together
Add spice mix and nuts into melted honey and butter, make sure all nuts are well coated.
On a lined tray add spiced nuts spread out evenly, cook for 20 mins, or until roasted, stirring every 5 minutes.
